Rain Delays

When we started the process to begin building there were a few hurdles that required us to wait for a little. In that waiting, we gained access to a blessing of an APR that will allow us to save thousands over the life of the loan.

Over the last couple weeks, we have experienced plenty of rain... so far we have lost 15 days to the rain. While waiting may not be inherent to our modern culture, we know that God is at work, and we trust that His plans.

Patience is not simply the ability to wait - it’s how we behave while we’re waiting.
— Joyce Meyer, Christian author and teacher

A few noteworthy things have happened though...

Rock blasting is finally over! The minor tremors on campus were fun for a little while, but we're glad they're gone.

Foundations are forming - Digging of footings for the 3 story classroom building will begin next week (week of March 19th).

Multi-tasking for Multi-purpose - The concrete slab will be poured while continuing to remove rock from Multi-purpose Room & Weight / Locker Room areas.

Steel Here - The main support structure for the High School has arrived on campus.

Steel Delivery

The 'bones" of the new High School have arrived to our campus!
