We’re inviting our Trinity Church family to be part of making this incredible night happen by joining one of our serve teams. Whether it’s directing cars, helping at the medical tent, supervising kids at the water slides, welcoming guests, supporting clean-up, or ensuring safety with our security team—there’s a place for you!

✅ Guest Services Team
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and answer questions about the church and event.
Manage check-in and check-out for all volunteers. Distribute/collect lanyards.
Monitor Building One bathrooms (stock toilet paper and empty trash).
Oversee the cooling station in the Student Center.
Assist with clean-up of tents, tables, and trash at night’s end.
🚗 Parking Team
Responsibilities:
Direct guest vehicles to appropriate lots from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
Ensure designated handicap and emergency access parking remains open.
Guide vehicles at event end to exit efficiently and safely.
Communicate with Security Team for emergency access if needed.
Assist with road closures and openings per schedule.
Wear safety vests and use wands/signage as needed.
🛡️ Security Team
Responsibilities:
Set up and remove barriers and signage before and after the event.
Assist in crowd control and ensure road closures are enforced by 8:45 PM.
Coordinate with medical tent and law enforcement if needed.
Remain alert for any safety issues, lost children, or emergencies.
Clear area immediately after fireworks before reopening the west drive.
🎉 Kids Area Team
Responsibilities:
Supervise inflatable water slides and Lower Playground.
Ensure safe play, appropriate behavior, and prevent crowding.
Greet and help Inflatable Setup Crew.
Close slides at end of play period and assist with clean-up.
Report injuries to the Medical Tent and fill out incident reports.
🍧 Desserts & Drinks Team
Responsibilities:
Sell cold drinks and frozen desserts to benefit Youth Missions.
Set up tent, tables, and coolers by 6:00 PM.
Keep coolers stocked and serve guests from 6:30 to 9:00 PM.
Monitor for trash around area and help with clean-up.
Return supplies to storage at night’s end.
🛺 Golf Cart Drivers
Responsibilities:
Provide shuttle service for guests from outer lots to main event.
Operate safely between 6:00 and 9:30 PM in shifts.
Coordinate with Parking Team and avoid pedestrian zones.
Park carts in designated area after use.
🛠️ Set-Up Team
Responsibilities:
Assist with tent, table, chair, stage, and sign setup between 10 AM and 12 PM.
Place coolers, trash cans, pylons, hoses, extension cords per layout.
Ensure water and electricity access for inflatables and food trucks.
Communicate with area leaders for placement needs.
Be on-call through event for setup issues (1-2 staff assigned).
🧹 Clean-Up Team
Responsibilities:
Start clean-up at 9:30 PM, after the show concludes.
Help pack tents, chairs, tables, signage, coolers, hoses, and electrical gear.
Empty trash cans, bag remaining trash, and place cans upside down near Building One’s east side (AC units).
Ensure bathrooms and Student Center are cleared and trash replaced.
⛑️ First Aid / Medical Tent Team
Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and evaluation for minor injuries or illnesses.
Maintain a calm and caring presence throughout the event.
