You will assist with seating arrangements, help with offering collections, proactive in resolving issues, and provide general support to ensure a smooth and orderly worship experience. As a Greeter at Trinity Church, your role is to warmly welcome congregation members and visitors as they arrive. Stationed at the church's entrances or Welcome Center, you set the tone for a positive worship experience by offering friendly smiles, helpful directions, and answering any initial questions. Your enthusiastic and welcoming presence ensures that everyone stepping onto the church grounds feels immediately embraced by our community. This position is a key part of creating an inviting and inclusive atmosphere right from the start.

The Welcome Center creates a warm and welcoming place for people to come and find more information about the church. Welcoming 1st time guests and answering questions from regular attenders, the Greeter team is well informed about Trinity Church, its mission, and methods.

Time Commitment: Sundays from team meeting through 10 minutes into service and following service for 15 minutes. Every 3 - 4 weeks.

Help create a warm and welcoming environment in the Gathering Place each Sunday! Serving includes preparing, arranging, and displaying food and drinks, keeping the area inviting and well-stocked, and serving guests with a friendly smile.
