The Women's Ministry Director is responsible for promoting spiritual health for the women of the church and oversees and coordinates events and activities that are appropriate and engaging for women. She ministers to the women of the church through encouragement and understanding. The TW Director organizes and directs the Women's Ministry Leadership team and with effective training. She also maintains communication with the District Women's Ministry Director and promotes District events including the annual Women's Conference.

This team meets regularly and plans and organizes TW events. Discusses needs and trends of women in the church and how we can minister to them. This includes providing encouragement, fellowship opportunities and support to the women of Trinity.

Reports to: Trinity Women Director

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours/month

This person or people make decisions on Bible Studies that are appropriate for each season for the women of Trinity. Can be leader or facilitator. Ensures that all resources, rooms and materials are available for each study. Engages with the women and invites and promotes the Bible studies.

• Consistent commitment to personal spiritual growth

• Regular church attender

• Desire for both teaching and learning

• Personal integrity

Reports to: Trinity Women Director

Time commitment: 15-20 hours/month each session

This team ensures the organization of funeral/celebration of life dinners to bless families who have lost loved ones.  This includes organizing dinners through contacting members and ordering an appropriate amount of food. Also includes coordinating meals offered to family who have lost loved ones.

• Great organizational and planning skills

• Spontaneous and often last-minute availability

• Commitment to Trinity

• Skilled at meal planning and presentation

Time commitment: varies/as needed

This team is ongoing and includes receiving and praying for concerns and requests from women in the church.  This team is also individually available to pray with someone if the need arises.

This person will create graphics for promoting Trinity Women events via social media and/or print. Content will be sent to the Communications Director for all church marketing.

• Strong passion for marketing and social media

• Creative mindset

• Experience in web-based creative software

• Ability to work independently

• Detail oriented and organized

Reports to: Trinity Women Director

Time commitment: 5-10 hours/month

This team meets throughout the year to plan the details of events that are on the TW Calendar.  This includes food ideas, decor, location, set up and tear down. They will ensure that rooms are reserved and event request is completed. Must be able to stay within the TW budget and review with Leadership Team and TW Director.
